Acceptable Use Policy

This page sets out the basic rules for using GrowEzy. It works together with our Terms & Conditions. The goal is to keep the platform safe for agents, brokers, customers, and messaging partners.

Get permission before messaging

Only message people when you have the permission required by law and by the messaging platform you use. Keep proof of consent where needed.

Identify your business clearly in messages, respect opt-out requests, and use approved templates where a platform requires them. Do not use bought, scraped, or illegally collected contact lists.

What you must not send or do

Do not use GrowEzy for spam, bulk unsolicited messages, phishing, scams, malware, hate speech, harassment, abusive content, or misleading offers.

Do not impersonate another person or company, infringe someone else's rights, share unlawful content, or use the platform to break the law.

Restricted products and services

Do not use GrowEzy to promote or arrange illegal goods or services, or activities banned by law or by Meta, WhatsApp, or other connected platforms.

If you communicate about a regulated product or service, you are responsible for checking licensing, eligibility, age limits, and local rules before sending messages.

Customer and policy data

Use customer, policy, renewal, and lead data responsibly. Upload only information you are allowed to store and use. Do not expose sensitive data unnecessarily in messages or campaigns.

Keep accounts secure

Do not share login details improperly, bypass security controls, test systems without permission, or upload harmful code. Report suspected unauthorised access to us promptly.

If these rules are broken

We may review reported or suspected misuse and may restrict, suspend, or close access where reasonably needed to protect users, comply with law, or meet third-party platform requirements.

We may remove unlawful content and respond to valid legal requests.
