Refund & Cancellation Policy

This page explains how cancellation and refunds work for paid GrowEzy plans. If you have a separate written agreement with us, that agreement may apply instead where it says so.

Free trial

GrowEzy may offer a free trial period. During the trial, you can use the platform according to the plan limits shown at signup. When the trial ends, you need to choose a paid plan to keep using your workspace.

Cancelling your plan

You can request cancellation before your next billing date through the Contact page or by emailing support@growezy.in.

When cancellation is processed, future renewals stop. You can usually continue using the paid features until the end of the current billing period, unless your account is suspended or terminated under our Terms or Acceptable Use Policy.

Refunds

Paid subscription fees are generally non-refundable once a billing period has started. This includes monthly, quarterly, and annual plans shown on our pricing page or in your account.

We do this because the platform, account setup, and related services become available as soon as your paid period begins.

Billing mistakes

If we confirm a duplicate charge or clear billing error on our side, we will review it and issue a correction or refund where appropriate. Any approved refund is usually returned to the original payment method where possible.

Third-party usage charges

Some costs are separate from your GrowEzy plan, such as messaging usage charges and AI or voice usage where applicable. These are often billed based on actual use and may follow different rules. GrowEzy may not be able to refund charges billed by third-party platforms or payment processors.

Your legal rights

Nothing in this policy removes any rights you may have under applicable consumer or other laws that cannot be waived.
