These terms explain the rules for using GrowEzy's website, insurance CRM platform, and related services. By creating an account, signing in, or using GrowEzy, you agree to these terms for yourself or for the business you represent.

What GrowEzy provides

GrowEzy is a software platform for insurance agents and brokers to manage customers, policies, renewals, leads, team work, and messaging. Features may change over time. Some features depend on third-party platforms, approvals, or your plan.

Your account

You must provide accurate account information and keep your login details secure. You are responsible for activity under your account, including actions taken by team members you add.

Tell us promptly if you think your account has been accessed without permission.

How you may use GrowEzy

You may use GrowEzy only for lawful business purposes and in line with these terms, our Acceptable Use Policy, and applicable laws.

You must not misuse the platform, interfere with other users, attempt unauthorised access, or use GrowEzy in a way that could harm GrowEzy, other users, or third-party services.

Messaging features

If you use WhatsApp, SMS, email, campaigns, or automation, you must follow applicable messaging laws and platform rules. You are responsible for contact lists, consent, message content, templates, and customer communication.

GrowEzy does not control third-party messaging platforms and is not responsible for their approvals, delivery, account status, policy decisions, or outages.

Your data and content

You keep ownership of the business data and content you upload, subject to the rights needed for us to host and provide the service. You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of that data and content.

Fees and billing

Paid plans, billing cycles, and usage charges are shown on our pricing page or in your account. By subscribing, you agree to pay the applicable fees.

Our platform and brand

GrowEzy owns the platform, software, branding, and related materials. We give you a limited right to use the service while your subscription is active. You may not copy, resell, reverse engineer, or misuse the platform except where law allows.

Service availability

We aim to keep GrowEzy available, but the service is provided on an as-available basis. There may be maintenance, updates, interruptions, or third-party issues outside our control.

To the extent permitted by law, GrowEzy is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses arising from use of the service. Where liability applies, it is limited to the fees you paid for the affected service in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim, unless applicable law says otherwise.

Suspension or termination

We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe these terms, our Acceptable Use Policy, or applicable law have been violated, or if needed to protect the platform, users, or third-party requirements.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms by posting a new version on this page. If you continue using GrowEzy after the updated date, you accept the revised terms unless applicable law requires otherwise.
